Lubna invigorates the Scalo Romana Area

Minutes from Fondazione Prada, Lubna injects Milan’s out-of-the-way Scalo Romana neighbourhood with fresh energy. The restaurant and bar, part of a sprawling square that includes the Scaramouche gallery, is the follow-up to Moebius, the buzzy hangout near Centrale Stazione. Done up in raw expanses of concrete and floor-to-ceiling glass that nods to its past as an oxygen warehouse, it shares Moebius’s industrial DNA but has a personality all its own. Enrico Croatti’s straight-from-the-Josper grill dishes and Giovanni Allario’s inventive drinks like the Tropical Americano highball are enlivened by a DJ and mesmerising projection wall.
