House of Switzerland Milano at Casa degli Artisti

Collaboration is the focus of this year’s event

For House of Switzerland Milano’s third edition at Milan Design Week, the Swiss Arts Council Pro Helvetia and Presence Switzerland have orchestrated a collective exhibition revolving around collaboration. One vital component of the presentation are works from emerging talents. Look out for Finnish artist Mari Koppanen and Swiss textile weaver Estelle Bourdet’s handwoven bio-textile incorporating bacterial cellulose, Switzerland-based industrial designer Antonio Severi and Beirut product design incubator Exil Collective’s home objects fusing recycled aluminium and sand-casting techniques, and kwer, an inclusive tableware collection from Bern’s dversa.studio designed by users of different ages and abilities.
