Founded by four creative friends in lock down and opened in 2020, Palinurobar is a cosy natural wine bar with tasty snacks – such as their speciality the “portafoglio” (wallet), a pizza dough sandwich open on three sides and packed with toppings such as steak tartare and grilled artichokes. Original 70s Milanese interiors of timber and mirrored panelling and a curvy, sculptural bar have been beautifully preserved and complemented with pendant lighting by Sophie Lou Jacobsen and Brooklyn-based In Common With’s ‘Flora’ collection.
